You need:
1 pound raw raw shrimp cleaned and cut in half
Chopped onions & garlic
Melted butter & olive oil mixed
Chopped bell pepper
Melted crushed saffron
One can of of tomato peeled and tiny chopped or crushed, add salt & pepper
saute' onions & garlic and add shrimp and bell peppers for 5-6 minutes on high heath
Add rice and mix with 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoon of red wine and let cook until the rice is soft
Serve with toasted garlic bread
