Persian Chicken Meatloaf (Rollet-e-Morgh)
You need:
2 Pounds (1 Kilo) ground chicken breast
Graded onions
Chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika (Obtional)
Liquid saffron mixed with olive oil or butter (for taste and color)
Who to make it:
Mix all the ingridients
Roll in a sheet of foil
Bake in 400 F hot oven
Take the meat out of the foil and broil for 10-15 minutes on 350 F until browned
Slice the roll 2 or 3 minutes after you take it out of the oven
Serve with rice, salad or mashed potatoes
