Vegi Pilaf Rice (Polo ba sabzijaat)
Saute' in olive oil a frozen package of mixed vegetable: Bell pepper, pees, carrots, green beans, corn, celery.....
Add turmeric, Salt, pepper
Mix and steam
Makes a great side dish for meat dishes
