Butternut Squash Soup (Soup Kadoo Halvaee)

Chop 2 cups of butter squash
Cook chicken  with 2 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and  a pinch of salt and pepper and a tablespoon of turmeric
 (pressure cooker is great here because it is fast and keeps all the flavor and liquid)
Cut the chicken in small pieces or Shred it 
Cut cilantro & carrots (and some celery if you want)
Cut 2 large potato (and some yucca if you want)
Chop 4-5 fresh garlic
Add all to the chicken broth that is left in the pot
Add 3 tablespoon of white flour that is mixed well with 1/2 cup of warm water 

Cook on low heat for 35-45 minutes or more
Adjust with more lemon juice/salt (and a touch of hot sauce)
Serve with dried bread or croutons
 Enjoy this in cold weather or when you have a cold!
