Chichen Kotlet (Chicken Burger Sliders) (Kotlet Morgh)
Ground chicken mixed with mashed potato
Adding graded onions, 2 eggs, 1 cup of bread crumb, salt, pepper, turmeric
Mix and fry until both sides are brownish
Serve with bread, yogurt and pickles

Spring in my Patio
The citrus little trees that I saved in my garage all winter moved to the patio and they are happily giving lots of little fruits!
Wonderful smell of the orange blossom............
