Tenderloin Barg Kabob (kabab-e-Barg)





Barg in Farsi means Leaf. When the beef file' or tenderloin is sliced very thin it is called Barg Kabob

Crusty Dipping Bread

In our house nobody likes the edges of the flat (Taftoon ) bread.
This is a good way to save them and make dried bread sticks for dips, salsa & soups

Dry in the oven on 250 degree about 7-8 minutes
